Animal pellet machine is a kind of feed processing machinery which uses corn, soybean meal, straw, grass and rice husk as raw materials and directly pressed into pellets after crushing raw materials. It is mainly used in grain and feed processing plants, animal farms, poultry farms, individual farmers and small and medium-sized farms, farmers or large, medium and small-sized feed processing plants. According to different raw materials and uses, feed pellet processing machinery is also known as straw feed pellet machine, small feed pellet machine, breeding feed pellet machine, household pellet processing equipment, pig feed pellet machine and so on. Feed pellet processing machinery is recognized by more and more farmers.
Work principle of animal pellet machine
When the machine is working, the roller and the die move relative to each other to clamp, compress and compact the material into the die hole, and then form particles or blocks through the die cavity and cutting. There are two kinds of transmission modes for flat die granulator: one is that the press roll frame is fixed on the shell, and the main shaft drives the press die to run actively while the press roll is passive; the other is that the press die is fixed, and the main shaft drives the press roll frame to run, and the press roll rotates at the same time. Although the two transmission modes are different, their working principles are the same.
Features of animal pellet machine
1. Dry in and dry out, without drying (the moisture content of raw materials is not less than 13% of the national export volume moisture standard). Differential, universal joint transmission, with motor or diesel engine. Low energy consumption, high output, easy operation.
2. It can produce ball type pure organic fertilizer, organic-inorganic fertilizer and bio organic fertilizer with uniform, smooth and round particles, high strength and good fluidity.
3. The three in one machine with unique technology is used to complete the whole process of low temperature drying, cooling and screening at one time, with less equipment investment and low operation cost. The survival rate of microorganism was more than 90%.
4. It is widely used in animal husbandry, small and medium-sized breeding plants, feed factories, brewing, sugar making, paper making, medicine, tobacco and other industries. It is the ideal equipment for (biological) organic fertilizer production enterprises.
