Introduction of scrap balers
Scrap balers can extrude various kinds of relatively large scrap metal, scrap steel, scrap iron, scrap copper, scrap aluminum, disintegrate car shell, waste oil drum into cuboid, cylinder, octagonal shape and other qualified furnace charge. In order to facilitate storage, transportation and recycling. After being put into the furnace, the pressing loss is lower. The whole production process does not need heating, additives or other processes, direct cold pressing molding, forming at the same time also ensure the original material unchanged. For example, cast iron scrap is used instead of cast pig iron after forming. For castings of special material, recycling is more significant.
There are many kinds of bales in baler, such as square, octagonal and round. The square bale is the most common shape in the whole hydraulic market. However, some of them are limited by the mouth of the furnace or considered from the perspective of aesthetics. They need to be made into octagonal or round. However, for the same kind of scrap balers and the same kind of hydraulic configuration, the price of octagonal bale is more expensive than that of octagonal bale, and the price of round bale is more expensive than that of octagonal bale. Compared with the forming mold of bale, the square bale is also the most wear-resistant and easy to maintain.
Application of scrap balers
Materials: iron / steel: scrap iron, light and thin materials, scrap, car shell, scrap, waste oil bucket, bicycle frame, lathe chips, shavings, iron chips, steel chips, color steel tiles, stainless steel.
