TMS-800 copper recycling machine is a complete set of copper recycling plant. The separation and recovery of copper and plastic in the process of cable crushing are completed by the separation equipment. Working principle of copper recycling machine

The equipment through the first crusher crush the bulk materials into 5-10cm, then convey into the shredder for second shred, final material is less than 5mm ( second shreder have 3mm, 4mm 5mm shredder net ). After the screening of magnetic separator, some iron and other magnetic substances are separated, copper and plastice are separated by the vibrating separator, dust is collected by the collector. Whole plant under control by PLC.

Composition of copper recycling machine

1. Belt conveyor. It is composed of a single jump ring vulcanization conveyor belt which is driven and carried by the structure, and is bypassed and stretched on the front and back rollers.

2. Single shaft shredder. The first single shaft shredder shears the waste cable into a certain length (5-15cm) driven by motor, and then transmits it to the crusher through the belt conveyor line. SLF reducer is used, and the crusher motor is schneider; the crusher structure single shaft structure; the main structure of the crusher is welded by 45mm thick 45* carbon steel iron plate, with the wall thickness of 50mm, and the frame is 120*120 *8mm square tube Frame steel plate ≥ 12mm.

3. Magntic separator. It is used to remove the iron in the copper. 

4. Vibrating separator. It is used to separate copper and aluminum.

5. Second shredder. Each wall of the crushing chamber is equipped with guard board, which protects the machine body and rubs the mixture. The main structure of the crusher is welded with 45 mm thick 45 * carbon steel iron plate. The main shaft is hardened and tempered, with a rotating diameter of Φ 570, and a blade length of 100mm.

6: Main dusty collection. Pulse dust collector is a kind of dedusting device that uses fiber fabric to filter; the dust containing gas and nonmetal are absorbed into the dust collector through the dedusting fan, and after screen filtration, inertia collision, detention, diffusion and gravity settlement, the filtered dust falls into the dust collection funnel at the lower end under the vibration of the vibration motor installed on the top cover, and the filtered gas is discharged from the top of the dust collector.
