Introduction of copper recycling machine
Copper recycling machine is used for recycling scrap copper wires/cables with diameter less than 25mm, better for single conductor diameter of 0.2-0.5mm. The wire is like auto wires, communication cables and kinds of miscellaneous wires and cables.
copper wires / cables are shredded by crushers, then plastic and copper granules are separated by vibration and airflow. They come out from different outlets, dust is collected by dust collector. The copper granules and plastic granules will be separated by small vibrator twice time. The recovery rate can reach 99%.

Features of copper recycling machine
1. The whole system is controlled by the Electricity Control Panel.
2. The bottom air flow is controlled by the Airlock.
3. Crushing system adopts D2 alloy cutting tool, the processing hardness is HR58. It can ensure the high-wearing resistance as well as a certain tenacity of the crushing blade. The structure is designed as splayed alternate shearing structure, the shell of wire grinding equipment adopts water cooling system, thus avoiding, material heating and melting after long time operation.
4. The operation of the complete set of equipment is fully enclosed, it is equipped with an advanced pulse dust removal system that effectively collects dust in the production process and discharges it from the dust outlet.
5. In view of the fact that the copper wire crusher manufactured in other countries can recover the copper with a purity more than 99.5%, but 3-5% of the copper powder and brushed copper will be lost into the plastic in the sorting process, our company is equipped with electrostatic selection equipment, the remaining copper in the plastic can be sorted out again, so that there is no plastic in the copper and no copper in the plastic.
Maintenance of copper recycling machine
In the case of correct selection of machines, the service life also depends on appropriate use and timely maintenance. High temperature complex lithium base grease is used for bearings, so they are high temperature resistant, good at impact resistance, have a long service life. According to the actual use, users shall regularly inject grease. When Chopper blades get blunt, remove the blades and sharpen them with a blade sharpening machine, and adjust the spacing between fixed blades and rotating blades to 0.15mm-0.25mm. The grease for bearings should be replaced every 300 working hours, and grease for chains shall be added every 15000 working hours.
