Working principle of diesel pellet mill
When the diesel pellet mill is working, the stirred raw materials are continuously and smoothly fed into the feeding chamber, and the feeding scraper evenly spreads the materials on the flat die surface, At the same time, the spindle drives the press roll to rotate. Because of the friction between the press roller, the flat die and the raw material, the pressure roller rotates around the roller shaft again, and the material is forced to squeeze into the hole of the flat die due to the extrusion force generated by the rotation of the press roll, When the material overcomes the friction resistance, the material to be formed will be continuously extruded out of the flat die hole. Finally, the cutter installed on the main shaft is cut into a certain length of pelles according to the required length, and finally thrown out from the discharge plate.
