Brife Introduction of copper wire granulator
TMS-600 integrated copper wire granulator is a complete set of production line of copper rice machine developed by our company (mainly recycling automobile line, communication cable and miscellaneous line). The equipment adopts integrated structure, saving space and stable and reliable working performance. After the waste wires and cables are broken, they become plastic broken pieces and copper meters. The plastic crushing sheet and the copper rice separate the core skin under the dual action of air push and suction and linear excitation of the screen box to make it jump forward in the waveform of the screen surface, send the copper rice, plastic skin and the mixture of copper and plastic from different discharge ports respectively, and the dust is sent to the dust collector through the air duct.

Equipment advantages of copper wire granulator

Precautions during operation
The correct use of copper wire granulator should select the model according to different material properties, which can not only improve the crushing efficiency, but also prolong the service life of the machine. The blade is processed by wire cutting, and the blade is interchangeable.
For different lines, we have different requirements for the blade of the machine.
1. Wool wire and multi strand wire: when processing wool wire and multi strand wire, the fixed knife and moving knife of the copper wire granulator shall be sharp, and the broken wire shall be cut off by the blade, so that the copper rice is clean and high purity.
2.Single strand and single core wire: when handling single strand and single core wires, the blade edge of the moving knife is required to be blunt and the fixed knife is required to be sharp. Under this requirement, the spacing between the moving knife and the fixed knife is that the single strand cable just blocks the cable and does not contact the wire core. At this time, the cable is broken by inertia, which can effectively avoid copper wrapping.
