The scrap copper wire granulator can process various specifications of waste wires, copper core wires, aluminum core wires, copper single wires, multi wire sheathed wires, earphone wires, data wires, computer wires, ground buried wires, motor wires, flame retardant wires, waterproof wires, lighting wires, factory waste wire heads, plug-in wires, electrical plug wires, car dismantling wires, circuit wires, etc., but the diameter of these wires shall not be greater than 20mm.
Working principle of scrap copper wire granulator
Using the different density of metal copper and non-metallic plastic materials, under the action of wind, make amplitude movement on the inclined screen surface, so that the metal with high density moves out close to the copper outlet above the screen face, and the non-metal with low density flows out to the lower outlet at the other end, so as to achieve the purpose of copper plastic separation. In the separation process, the dust generated by the crushed materials is collected by the bag dust removal device to play the role of dust control. The unclean copper plastic mixture further enters the electrostatic separation equipment through the conveyor to further separate the copper from the plastic wire skin and play the role of complete separation and recycling.
