Features of scrap metal recycling machine
1. All the models driven by hydraulic,option can be manual or PLC automatic control.
2. No need foundation bolts for installation,power can be generated by diesel when no power at site.
3. Bale out type:turn over, side push and front push.
4. Extruding force has 8 classes from 63tons to 400tons and production efficiency is from 0.5tons per hour to 20 tons/hour.
5. The chamber box size and bale size can be customized as per material size,two sides of feeding chamber fixing blades is an optional.
Basic Requirements of scrap metal baling machine
(1). There should be enough extrusion force. It can make the treated metal material produce plastic deformation bundle block and make the bundle block reach a certain required density.
(2). There should be a material box that can hold metal materials and can be closed to bear extrusion pressure.
On the premise of meeting these two basic requirements, and according to different application requirements and different processing objects, there are many different types of metal balers.The working principle of metal balers is to use the working force to push the ram to extrude the metal material in a closed material box, so that the metal material can form a bale with a certain size and density.
