Features of feed pellet machine
1). Powder feed and grass powder can be pelletized without adding or a little liquid, and part of moisture will be lost during granulation process, so the moisture content of pellet feed is lower than that of material before granulation, which is more convenient for storage.
2). This cattle pellet machine uses shaft drive to make pellets without belt. Using high technology, it has a lot of foresight than the original belt drive. This machine does not need to add any water to make pellets, which belongs to the type of dry in and dry out. At the time of manufacturing, we use it for those small-scale farms. At the same time, the granules can be kept for a long time, and it is not a problem for more than half a year.
4.Dry material processing can produce feed pellets with high hardness, smooth surface and internal ripening, which can improve the digestion and absorption of nutrients.
5. It is easy to adjust the length of the pellets. It has the advantages of simple structure, small floor area and low noise. It can be operated by 220 V single-phase power. It is suitable for small-scale farmers who lack three-phase electricity.
