Description of copper wire recycling machine
Copper wire recycling machine can crush waste copper cable or wire into 1-5 mm granules mixed with plastic(PVC)&copper.Then use air, specific gravity and electrostatic separation technique to separate copper and plastic.So that the copper and plastic can be both recycled, greatly increasing their application values. By using totally dry-type physical separating technique there will be no environment pollution during the whole process and the separating ratio can be reach 99%.

Feature of copper wire recycling machine
1. The whole system is controlled by the Electricity Control Panel.
2. The bottom air flow is controlled by the Airlock.
3. Crushing system adopts D2 alloy cutting tool, the processing hardness is HR58. It can ensure the high-wearing resistance as well as a certain tenacity of the crushing blade. The structure is designed as splayed alternate shearing structure, the shell of wire grinding equipment adopts water cooling system, thus avoiding, material heating and melting after long time operation.
4. The operation of the complete set of equipment is fully enclosed, it is equipped with an advanced pulse dust removal system that effectively collects dust in the production process and discharges it from the dust outlet.

In view of the fact that the copper wire crusher manufactured in other countries can recover the copper with a purity more than 99.5%, but 3-5% of the copper powder and brushed copper will be lost into the plastic in the sorting process, our company is equipped with electrostatic selection equipment, the remaining copper in the plastic can be sorted out again, so that there is no plastic in the copper and no copper in the plastic.
Technological process of copper wire recycling machine
If the site or funds are more abundant, the waste wires and cables can be broken into about 3cm long by shredding equipment, then cut and crushed by secondary crusher, and then separated by specific gravity air flow to obtain high purity copper. If the copper contains unsorted broken plastic, it can also be sorted by electrostatic separator to ensure high reuse rate of copper.
