The machine runs stably and has high printing accuracy: The equipment is equipped with an optimized mechanical structure and an intelligent stabilization system. During operation, it has small vibration amplitude and low noise, and can maintain a stable state even during long-term continuous operation. At the same time, combined with high-definition positioning sensors and closed-loop control technology, the overprinting accuracy of printed patterns can be controlled within ±0.1mm, perfectly restoring the design details.
Fixed touch screen plus mobile wireless tablet control, remote service: The equipment is equipped with a fixed high-definition touch screen, with an intuitive and easy-to-understand operation interface, which is convenient for on-site staff to adjust parameters quickly. At the same time, it supports remote control via a mobile wireless tablet, allowing staff to flexibly monitor the production status and modify parameters in the workshop. In addition, relying on the remote service function, technicians can conduct real-time fault diagnosis and system updates, greatly shortening the equipment downtime for maintenance.
