Machine Application:

It uses 3-color UV ink that delivers vibrant, long-lasting results: the ink has high color saturation, which can accurately restore the bright tones of the original design, and is not easy to fade after long-term use.
It boasts rapid drying: relying on UV curing technology, it can cure in just seconds with no prolonged waiting, and no additional drying equipment is needed, which is ideal for high-speed production lines to boost throughput. Additionally, it offers superior scratch resistance—thanks to the cured UV ink’s strong adhesion and hardness, it can easily withstand daily handling and friction (even in scenarios of frequent transportation or slight collisions), keeping printed designs crisp, vivid, and intact over time.
The machine accommodates a wide range of products, including:
Bottles: Beverage bottles (e.g., PET soda bottles for carbonated drinks like cola and sprite) and cosmetic containers (e.g., glass jars for face creams, PP bottles for facial serums);
Cans: Food cans (e.g., tinplate cans for preserved fruits like canned yellow peaches and bayberries) and aerosol cans (e.g., aluminum spray cans for cosmetics like hairspray or household cleaners like glass sprays);

What's the difference of linear screen printing machine and CNC rotary screen printing machine?

1. Linear printing machine is faster than CNC rotary machine, but printing accuracy is lower.

2. Linear printing machine is modular combination, more colors means longer floor area, CNC rotary is rotation structure which will save space.

3. CNC printing machine is equiped with remote management and service function, which will be more convenient.

4. For CNC machine, all printing functions will be finished in the same set of fixture, which will avoid product being scratched.

5. All debugging such as printing head, screen frames can be fixed through wireless tablet, but linear machine must be adjusted by hand.
