This machine is suitable for multi-color UV ink screen printing on plastic soft tubes and can also perform decorative processes such as hot stamping and varnishing, meeting the diverse decorative needs of different product surfaces.
Adopting an integrated turntable design, it completes all printing functions with the same set of fixtures, boasting a printing accuracy of up to ±0.1mm, which effectively ensures consistency during mass production.
Driven by a numerically controlled servo motor, it enables 360-degree all-round printing on products. Meanwhile, it is equipped with remote management and service functions, conforming to the development trend of Industry 4.0 and facilitating enterprises to achieve intelligent production management.
Equipped with electrical components from well-known brands, combined with a PLC control system, an easy-to-use touchscreen and wireless tablet operation, it features stable and reliable performance, greatly reducing the difficulty of operation and maintenance costs.
Optional Configuration
Unscrambling & Feeding Machine: It can automatically sort and arrange printing substrates such as plastic hoses and metal cans, and accurately convey them to the next process. This avoids errors and inefficiency caused by manual feeding, laying a solid foundation for the stable start of subsequent printing processes.
Hot Stamping Function: It can create metallic or colored hot stamping effects on product surfaces. It can be adapted to different specifications of hot stamping foils according to requirements, enriching the visual layering of printed products and enhancing the high-end feel of product packaging.
Plasma Surface Treatment Function: It uses plasma technology to clean oil stains and impurities on the product surface and improve the surface tension of the substrate. This solves the problem of insufficient ink adhesion when printing on substrates such as plastic and glass, ensuring that patterns do not easily peel off.
Visual Registration Function: With the help of a high-definition visual recognition system, it captures the product position in real time and automatically calibrates the alignment accuracy between the printed pattern and the substrate. Even for irregularly shaped products, it can ensure no pattern offset during printing, improving the qualified rate of finished products.
LED-UV Curing Function: It adopts an environmentally friendly and energy-saving LED-UV light source to quickly cure UV inks. Compared with traditional curing methods, it saves more time and has no volatile harmful substances. At the same time, it avoids deformation damage to the substrate caused by high temperatures.
Finished Product Quality Inspection Function: It uses image comparison technology to automatically detect issues such as pattern clarity, color deviation, and defects of finished products. Replacing manual visual inspection, it reduces missed inspections and false inspections, ensuring consistent quality of each batch of products.
