This machine is suitable for screen printing UV inks of various colors, hot stamping, and other decorative processes on products of different shapes (e.g., bottles, jars, caps) made from materials like plastic, metal, and glass.
With an integrated turntable design, the machine finishes all printing functions using a single set of fixtures. It boasts a high printing accuracy of ±0.1 mm and ensures no scratches on products.
Powered by a digitally controlled servo motor, the machine allows 360-degree printing on products and comes with remote management and service functions (in line with Industry 4.0 standards).

Optional Configuration
Plasma surface treatment (with flame surface treatment as standard) effectively cleans and activates material surfaces: it eliminates oil, dust, and other contaminants while boosting surface adhesion, laying a solid foundation for subsequent printing or bonding work.
The hot stamping function enables precise transfer of metallic or colored foils to product surfaces, creating bright, wear-resistant decorative effects that significantly enhance the items’ visual appeal and premium feel.
Featuring a built-in visual registration function, the machine uses high-precision cameras and image recognition technology to automatically align printing patterns with product positions—ensuring consistent, accurate registration even for small or complex-shaped workpieces.
The LED-UV curing system emits high-intensity UV light to cure inks or coatings quickly and efficiently; it has low energy use, avoids heat damage to sensitive materials, and helps shorten the overall production cycle.
The finished product quality inspection function utilizes visual sensors or detection modules to automatically check key indicators (e.g., print clarity, color consistency, and surface defects such as scratches or smudges), reducing manual inspection workload and ensuring stable product quality.
