This equipment is equipped with a 360° full-circle printing system that seamlessly adapts to diverse bottle structures—including round, square, flat, and special-shaped designs. Whether printing on cosmetic bottles with curved surfaces or beverage cans with sharp edges and corners, it achieves complete dead-angle-free coverage, ensuring patterns are continuously and uniformly displayed from the bottle body to the bottleneck and bottom.
Its core drive relies on an imported servo motor set, integrated with a high-precision digital control system. The system uses pulse signals to real-time adjust the print head speed and bottle conveying rate, ensuring millisecond-level synchronization accuracy between the two. This precise coordination eliminates printing misalignment and guarantees consistent quality even in high-speed operation.
During operation, multiple sets of sensors continuously monitor three critical parameters: conveying track tension, ink viscosity, and drying temperature. When deviations occur, the equipment utilizes intelligent algorithms to automatically compensate for parameter fluctuations—effectively preventing quality defects caused by environmental or operational changes and securing consistent stability during long-term continuous operation.
