Machine Feature
The machine is suitable for screen printing of various colors of UV ink, hot stamping, labeling and other decorations on round, oval, square and other shapes of plastic bottles—delivering sharp screen-printed patterns, bright hot-stamped finishes, and firm label adhesion that resists friction.
The standard configuration of the machine is a screen printing and UV curing module, and the screen printing function can be selected to be interchangeable with hot stamping or labeling functions.
The machine can be chosen to connect with independent hot stamping, labeling, quality inspection and other modules to combine into a multi-functional printing machine.

Optional Configuration
Plasma surface treatment function effectively cleans and activates material surfaces to boost adhesion for subsequent printing or bonding steps.
Hot stamping function transfers metallic or colored foils onto substrates (like plastic, paper) to create eye-catching decorative or branding effects.
Labeling function precisely applies self-adhesive labels to various product surfaces (bottles, boxes) with stable positioning and consistent accuracy.
LED-UV curing function quickly dries and solidifies UV inks/coatings using energy-saving LED light, ensuring fast production speed and high curing quality.

In 2025, Senny successfully provided a CNC 6-color screen printing and hot stamping machine designed for glass wine bottles and baby bottles to its Taiwan customer. It is compatible with both UV ink and thermosetting ink, and features highly accurate visual color matching. The screen-printed and hot-stamped patterns are exquisite and unmatched. In the same year, Senny also delivered a 6-color CNC screen printing machine with IR ink for plastic milk bottles (paired with a curing oven) to its Türkiye-based milk bottle customer. This machine is equipped with a bottle bottom laser coding function, enabling automatic generation of production dates and batch numbers.
