It enables 360-degree full-wrap printing on bottles of different materials (plastic, glass, metal, etc.) and various shapes, with no printing dead angles. It can fully cover the curved or irregular surfaces of the bottle body, meeting diverse packaging needs.
It adopts a servo motor drive system combined with high-precision digital control technology. The servo motor can precisely adjust the bottle rotation speed, while the digital control enables real-time calibration of printing positions, preventing printing misalignment caused by unstable power.
The equipment operates with low vibration and low noise. Even during long-term continuous operation, it is less prone to stuttering or parameter drift, ensuring strong operational stability. Meanwhile, the printing accuracy reaches the millimeter level, with sharp pattern edges and uniform color transitions, accurately reproducing the design effect.
It is equipped with dual control methods: a fixed touchscreen and a mobile wireless tablet. The fixed touchscreen facilitates on-site operation and debugging, while the wireless tablet supports remote adjustment of printing parameters, enabling more flexible use. In addition, remote service functions allow for fault diagnosis and program updates, reducing equipment downtime for maintenance.
