Machine Features:
This equipment is designed for multi-color UV screen printing, hot stamping, labeling, and other decorative processes on plastic bottles—including round, oval, and square shapes—and applies to cosmetic bottles, beverage bottles, and similar products.
Powered by a digitally controlled servo motor, it delivers a printing accuracy of ±0.03mm and supports 360° full-circumference printing. It also features Industry 4.0 remote management capabilities for remote monitoring and debugging.
Core electrical components are sourced from renowned brands. Paired with a touchscreen and PLC system, it guarantees easy operation as well as stable, reliable performance.
Featuring a highly customizable modular structure, it supports 1–8 color in-line combinations. The standard configuration includes screen printing and UV curing modules, with the screen printing function easily swappable for hot stamping or labeling. Additionally, it can be equipped with independent hot stamping, labeling, and quality inspection modules to form a multi-functional production line.

Applications
SL1888 Plastic Bottle Servo UV Printing Machine C is a servo-driven UV printing equipment. Its application scope is very wide, and it can be used for screen printing of many containers, such as square containers, pigment containers, chemical containers, round containers, etc.
This model is suitable for printing various colors of thermosetting inks on the surface of plastic round, oval, square bottles and cans (e.g. feed bottles, water bottles).
The printing function of the machine is servo-driven, allowing easy 360-degree printing through digital control.
The machine is modular, with each module containing independent screen printing and hot-air surface drying functions, and linear combination connections for up to an 8-color integrated production line.
After printing, the finished product enters an oven at a maximum temperature of 120° and is baked by a robot for 10 minutes for complete curing.
