We imported the gearbox and torque limiter from European, and equipped with bigger motor, specially DO/DI designed to have a bigger volume and output. Some special design for the vacuum system, water cooling system as well as other accessories. Specification of the Machine:
Main motor: Screw configuration:with modular structure, torque transmission by spline; Barrel configuration: with modular structure, each one with length of 4L/D,and the barrels connected together by bolts and pins; Barrel material: #45steel, with bi-metal linear inside the barrel. HRC62-64(Here we don’t use double“C” type linear, instead we use a complete linear which is much better then double”C”, no melt will leak from the clearance between the two “C”)
