1.Product Description
The Metal Pipe Anchor is a type of anchor design for window and door frame anchor. For fixing of plastic , wood, aluminum window and door frames to concrete, brick, hollow block and cheeker brick. Yellow zinc plated passivated steel screw with special pozi. Tapered expansion nut made from high grade zinc alloy die casting. Galvanized steel sleeve fitting with steel machine screw and color cap. Drive head adapted to receive push in caps of various colors, cap colors: white, dark brown, gray. The materials: aluminum, galvanized sheet for the pipe, zinc alloy for the nut and carbon steel for the screw. Recommended substrate are concrete, solid brick, aerated concrete, pumice solid brick, nature stones etc. The metal pipe anchor is for wood fixing, metal and plastic steel made window and door frame, aluminium alloy, groove steel applications. The metal pipe anchor is commonly used to fix the part which is long and light load applicatioons. The metal pipe anchor have two ears which prevent the pipe from sliding while fixing the screw and no need to wedge and heel brock, meanwhile fixing easily and simple. While installation, the metal pipe anchor pull the cone into the sleeve and expand the anchor to fix firmly.
To install, Firstly, drill a hole and clean out hole of all debris, then use setting tool and hammer to drive plugin. Different size,type and material anchor are available in stock, to reach the requirement of different customer and application.
