Customized 65Mn Steel Black Pre load Waved Washer for Machine Engineering
Description:
Preload wave washers, also refgarded as wave springs,spring washers, are wavy metal washers designed to provide a compensating spring force or absorb shock when under load. The waved washer is also called Pre Loading Ball Bearings in Electric Motor.
The waved washers are used in electric motors. The waved washer is installed in the bearing housing and works by maintaining a force on the outer face of the ball bearing, ensuring smooth and quiet running, which results in extended life. Material is Carbon spring steel. And the surface finish is black oridinally, and the stock is in plain finish. Washer designs indicated have 2 waves. All others have 3 waves. We can also customized 4 waves.
We can produce standard and non-standard washers. There are various material available, such as Carbon Steel, or Alloy Steel, or copper, or stainless steel as appointed flat washer. It is SS304 SS316 SS316L Gr4 Gr8. As for the finish and coating, there are Zinc Plated, plain finish or as appointed such as Black oxide, Nickel, Chrome etc. The packing is Plastic bag & Double wall carton pack (10,000pcs Appr./ Carton, 30kg Appr./Carton). The on pallet Or do the packing according to customer's requirement. If you need samples, we can provide. The SGS and BV and other third part inspection is welcome.

Flat washer is mainly punched out from iron plates. The material is Q235. Low carbon steel, with zinc plated. Or the material SS304 SS316, A2 A4. That is customization. It has many standard: DIN125 DIN9021 F436, ect.
