Product Description
As a metal accessory of stone curtain wall-stone dry hanging part, although it is not exposed between the wall and the stone, its hardness and toughness of 4,000 kilograms play a vital role in beautifying architectural decoration. There are many types of dry pendants, and each pendant has its own installation method. The dry hanging method is directly related to the structure, installation, cost and beauty of the curtain wall.
With regard to the dry hanging method of stone curtain wall, since it was introduced from abroad in the mid-1980s, it has become more and more innovative, from stitch type and butterfly type to rear suspension type and seat suspension type. The development and progress of dry hanging technology has completely separated from the monopoly of foreign technology. The patented dry hanging technology developed by my country has played a positive role in the reform and standardization of domestic dry hanging curtain wall decoration.
Application
1. Suitable for concrete walls. Anchors are fixed directly on to concrete walls with expansion bolts.
2. In horizontal joint installation slabs are pinned on the bottom and upper sides. Anchors act as load bearing carrying half.
3. The weight of the slabs above. Anchors also act as restraint holding the slabs below and restraining against wind suction and pressure.
4. In vertical joints installation slabs are pinned at the left and right sides. Anchors on the bottom are load-bearing anchors carrying the whole weight of the slab. Half the weight of the slab on the left and half the weight of the slab on the right. Anchors on the top are restraint anchors holding the slabs and restraining against wind suction and pressure.
