About the chiller for Injection Molding

After the plastic is heated and melted, it is injected into the mold. After forming, the mold is opened and the molding product is pushed out. In the continuous production process, it is necessary to cool the mold to shorten the plastic setting time and improve the product size, forming quality and surface quality.

Cold water temperature requirement: 6-20℃, cold water temperature difference requirement: ±2 ℃ or ±1 ℃.

The refrigeration capacity of chiller is related to the injection volume of injection molding machine. The greater the injection volume, the greater the refrigeration capacity is required.

The water chiller can accurately control the molding temperature and shorten the molding cycle, increase the product quality and improve the production efficiency.
