This includes process such as plastic injection ,plastic extruding ,bottle blowing, film blowing and many other thermoplastic materials that need to be heated to their molten temperature and then be solidified through cooling water from industrial chiller.
The water-cooled chiller systems have a cooling tower, thus they feature higher efficiency than air-cooled chillers.
Water-cooled chillers are more efficient because they condense depending on the ambient temperature bulb temperature, which is lower than the ambient dry bulb temperature.

The difference between Air-cooled chiller and Water-cooled chiller
An air-cooled chiller refers to a chiller system that uses the ambient air surrounding the condensing unit to cool and condense the refrigerant back into a liquid. In other words, the air cooled chillers use fans for dissipate heat.
The most common types of water chillers use water from an external cooling tower to cool the refrigerant in the condenser.They need to install cooling tower and cooling pump for operation. Since they require a constant supply of water for cooling, they might not be suitable for locations with water shortages or restrictions.

What we will do before chiller delivery?
1.Pressure maintaining testing.After industrial chiller assembly, we will charge nitrogen for pressure maintaining testing for 24hrs, to check whether there is leakage in the chiller cooling system.
2.Vacuumize.Drain the nitrogen,vacuum the chiller system and set up parameters, then power on chiller and charge refrigerant at the same time.
3.Debug and test the chiller unit.Test the performance of the machine and Set parameters according to customer requirements.
4.Cleaning and labelling.After the chiller commissioning, cleaning and labelling chiller unit, then have pre-delivery inspection before packing with plywood cases to to ensure that the chiller can be in good condition during transit.
