Abstract coral shaped fiberglass sculpture modern art decor is designed for interior display settings, featuring a lightweight yet durable fiberglass structure suitable for hotels, exhibition halls, showrooms, and commercial spaces. With its organic coral-inspired form and smooth finished surface, the sculpture introduces a contemporary artistic element, creating visual interest and enhancing the decorative atmosphere of the space.
Fiberglass sculptures are produced through a carefully controlled manufacturing process. A foam model is first created using 3D modeling and carving techniques. Plaster and linen layers are then applied to the surface of the foam model, along with an internal supporting framework. Once the plaster has fully cured, the foam core is removed, forming the fiberglass sculpture mold.
Fiberglass cloth is subsequently applied inside the mold and saturated with resin. This process is repeated multiple times to achieve the required thickness and structural strength, with additional internal reinforcement added when necessary. After full curing, the sculpture is removed from the mold and undergoes surface treatment, including sanding and detail refinement, to ensure a smooth and refined finish. The final step involves painting and coloring to achieve the desired visual effect.
