Contact Plate Freezer

Hydraulic contact plate freezer can quickly freeze products by moving up and down the inside aluminum plates. Products contact with two plates and realize heat exchange.
Refrigeration system can be equipped as per different requirements of users.
It is suitable for freezing food in block on land or fishing vessel,Such as fish fillet,surimi,shrimp,shellfish .....

Contact Plate Freezer Main Features :

1. Designed to fit in limited space requirements . Easy for installing and moving .

2. Both sides stainless steel panles . Super good insulation .

3. Hydraulic up and down sustem are made of aluminium alloy plates to assure high freezing capacity .

4. Easy cleaning .

Hydraulic contact freezer is composed of Plate evaporator, Electrol Cabinet, Hydraulic Pressure device etc.

The Aluminum alloy evaporator is driven by hoist cylinder to contact with frozen foods directly and keep certain pressure. The closed touch, with frozen food forms advantages of high frozen speed, high efficiency energy-saving,

sanitation and compact.

The unit is running under normal temperature to ensure long working life. Adopt contact-type heat conducting, no air flow, which is benefit to decrease foods weight loss.

1, Refrigeration system is built to a compartment beneath the freezing cabinet. It's ideal for small capacity
freezing.
2, Air cooling or water cooling compressors are optional.
3, Doors opened on the front and rear enable access. Easy installed and moved

5, Adopt high efficient compressor, well-insulated panels and hygeian extrusion plates.
