Q2: What lead times should we expect for samples and mass‑production orders? We finish sample preparation within 2‑3 working days post‑confirmation. Upon receipt of your deposit, mass‑production orders will be completed in 5‑7 working days.
Q3: What minimum sample quantity do we require for lab and site testing? A single cartridge serves as adequate test sample, covering laboratory compatibility evaluation and routine jobsite waterproof performance checks.
Q4: How will samples and bulk volume shipments be dispatched? Full‑container bulk shipments go via sea freight to maintain favourable cost levels. Small test samples will be couriered by DHL or FedEx for rapid transit.

Q7: Does this mid‑grade sealant come with long‑term engineering‑project warranty coverage? Standard product quality warranty applies for general construction‑sealing scenarios. Nevertheless, long‑term warranty for facade engineering projects is not provided for this mid‑grade variant.
Q8: Can this sealant be utilised for swimming pools, aquariums and glass water tanks? It works well for non‑pressure decorative aquariums and landscape glass structures. It is not intended for swimming pools, pressure‑bearing water vessels or continuously submerged zones.
Q9: Is custom colour‑matching available for decoration‑oriented projects? Our regular stock colours are transparent, white and black. Custom colour matching can be executed based on your construction drawing references for special project shades.
Q10: How long may unopened sealant cartridges remain in storage? When stored in dry conditions between 5℃‑27℃, unopened cartridges retain quality for up to 18 months.
