Q2: What lead times apply for sample making and bulk production orders? Samples will be ready within 2‑3 working days after confirmation. Bulk production will be finished in 5‑7 working days upon receiving your deposit.
Q3: What is the minimum sample amount for testing purposes? Only one cartridge is required for testing. It adequately supports lab compatibility assessment as well as field waterproof performance trials.
Q4: How are samples and large‑volume bulk consignments shipped? Full‑container bulk goods go by sea to control overall logistics expenses. Small test samples are shipped via DHL or FedEx for speedy delivery.

Q8: Is this sealant fit for swimming pools, fish tanks and glass water tanks? A8: It works for non‑pressurised decorative aquariums and ornamental landscape glass assemblies. It is not recommended for swimming pools, pressure‑resistant water tanks or permanently submerged locations.
Q9: Are custom colour options available to match decoration project demands? Transparent, white and black are our standard stock colours. Custom colour matching can be done against your construction drawings for special project shades.
Q10: What storage lifespan do unopened sealant cartridges have? Unopened original cartridges can be stored for up to 18 months in dry surroundings between 5℃‑27℃.
