Q1: Can I get samples before placing a big order? Yes, you can order samples to test compatibility, adhesion and waterproof performance. If you want to compare different options, we can also send a mixed sample pack.
Q2: How long will it take to get samples and bulk goods? Samples are usually ready in 2–3 working days. After you pay the deposit, mass production takes about 5–7 working days.
Q3: How many samples do I need for testing? You only need 1 cartridge. It is enough for most laboratory and construction‑site tests.
Q4: How do you ship samples and bulk orders? Bulk full‑container orders are sent by sea to keep costs low. Small test samples are usually sent by DHL or FedEx for faster delivery.
Q5: What is the ordering process? First, send us your project details and technical requirements. Then we will give you a custom quotation. After samples are approved and deposit is paid, we will start production and arrange shipment.
Q6: Can you print my own brand logo on the tubes and boxes? Yes, we support OEM private label printing. You just need to send us high‑resolution logo files and written confirmation before production.
Q7: Does this sealant have a long‑term warranty for construction projects? It has a standard quality warranty for general sealing work. However, this grade does not come with a long‑term engineering warranty for building facades.
Q8: Can I use this sealant for swimming pools, fish tanks or water tanks? It works for non‑pressure decorative aquariums and landscape glass structures. But it is not suitable for swimming pools, pressure tanks or areas that are always under water.
Q9: Can you make custom colours to match my project? We have standard colours: transparent, white and black. If you need special colours, we can match them according to your construction drawings.
Q10: How long can I store unopened sealant cartridges? If stored in a dry place at 5℃ to 27℃, unopened cartridges can last up to 18 months.
