The back-up ring is a ring-shaped part fastened to the shaft, which can prevent other parts mounted on the shaft from loosening and falling. It is made by wire punching and has a circular cross-section. The function of the retaining ring is to prevent the rolling bearing and the gear from loosening axially through the bearing cover and its fastening screw. The two sides of the retaining ring are required to be parallel, and the accuracy of the size is not high. For easy assembly, the retaining ring hole and the shaft are matched. The requirement is a clearance fit.
