The dust seal is the most undervalued seal type in the hydraulic cylinder in relation to its
important function.Particular attention should be drawn to its selection, the surrounding
environment and service conditions must also be taken into special consideration..
Dust seal (wiper) , preventing the dust or some particulate matter get into the hydraulic
cylinder.There will be a lay of oil adhere to the rod, the dust and particulates will be bond with
oil then taken into the cylinder cause damage to oil cylinder, cause leakage, therefore, we
need to set a seal to keep the particulates away.
