Description :
TP304 stainless steel is a common seamless steel pipe material, this kind of steel pipe has excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature performance, which is widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power and other fields.
The chemical composition of TP304 stainless steel mainly includes iron, chromium, nickel and other elements, of which the chromium content is generally between 18% and 20%, and the nickel content is between 8% and 11%. The mechanical properties of this stainless steel are related to the purity and thickness of the steel, generally the tensile strength is between 400MPa and 650MPa, the yield strength is between 200MPa and 400MPa, and the elongation is between 30% and 60%.
Characteristic:
Corrosion resistance: 304 stainless steel has good corrosion resistance and can be used under a variety of corrosive media, including acids, alkalis, salts and other chemicals.
High temperature resistance: they can work for a long time in high temperature environments and can withstand the impact of high temperature steam and high temperature gases.
Strength and toughness:they have high strength and excellent toughness, able to withstand high pressure and shock loads.
Easy to process : they are easy to process into various shapes and sizes and have good welding performance.
