Product Description
Honing tubes are a kind of mechanical processing technology. The inner hole of the cold-drawn tube is rapidly quilted and ground by the oilstone on the quilting grinding head, so that the inner hole meets the tolerance size and surface roughness requirements. According to customer requirements, quilting can reach the tolerance range (such as H7, H8, H9, etc.), with a roughness of up to Ra0.4 and an ellipticity of 3 to 5 lines, and the longest can reach 8 meters. Honed tubes can be used as pneumatic control valves for four-column hydraulic presses, and their production and processing requirements are high. Therefore, the quality of the honing tube seriously damages the quality of the hydraulic cylinder. The honing tube is a connecting component for the operation of the fulcrum piston rod. Most of the movements of the hydraulic system and hydraulic cylinders are carried out in prefabricated components. It is a high-standard and high-frequency prefabricated component for fitness activities. Through the analysis of the current situation of the hydraulic cylinder, it is found that the hydraulic cylinder is composed of a cylinder liner, a piston rod and a rolling bearing end cover. The quality of production and processing will affect the service life and efficiency of the product. The production and processing of honing tubes have high requirements. The surface roughness is required to be ra0.4-8um, and strict requirements are placed on flatness and wear resistance.
