Description:
 

Wear-resistant pipe also known as wear-resistant steel pipe, is an industrial pipeline used in industries such as mining, power, and metallurgy for transporting slurries, gases, or particles. It is mainly divided into four categories: high molecular materials, inorganic non-metallic materials, metal materials, and composite materials. Its materials include high chromium alloys, alumina ceramics, polyurethane, and chromium carbide overlay composite layers, etc. Among them, the Vickers hardness of the ceramic-lined composite steel pipe reaches 1100-1500, and its wear resistance is more than 20 times that of carbon steel pipes, with a weight that is 50% lighter than cast steel pipes. The wear resistance of steel-lined polyurethane pipes is 3-5 times that of natural rubber, and they are applicable within a temperature range of -50℃ to +100℃. They are manufactured using the integral casting and rotational molding process.

Electric-Resistance-Welded

Delivery condition:

The tubes shall be supplied in one of the following delivery conditions

a) Cold finished/hard (cold finished as drawn): BK;

b) Cold finished/soft (lightly cold worked): BKW

c) Annealed: GBK

d) Annealed (including de-scaling): GZF;

e) Normalized: NBK

f) Normalized (including de-scaling): NZF.
