Components of welding plant :
It consists of rotary headstock, pneumatic tailstock, lathe bed, 3-D adjusting mechanism (2 sets), pneumatic lifter (2 sets) and PLC controlling system. (there are some options also)
Lathe Bed: With guide rail, and the distance between headstock and tailstock is adjustable.
Rotating Headstock: Driven by DC gear motor, has stepless speed regulation function and welding current detection switch.
Pneumatic Tailstock: Change the distance between headstock and tailstock.
3-D Adjusting Mechanism: Adjust torch position accurately.
Pneumatic Lifter: Lift up torch automatically.
Control System: Advanced PLC controlling system, humanized operation interface, high degree automation, stable and reliable performance.
Process of welding:
Welding Mode: torch fixed, workpiece rotating. Automatic welding.
Welding Method: It can be used with argon arc welding machine (supporting the use of wire feeder), CO2/MAG/MIG welding machine, pulsing welding machine or other welding sources to form an automatic dual circumferential seam welding system.
Application:
Easy to build an automatic double circumferential seam welding system with welding source torche to improve welding speed and quality. It’s mainly used to weld the workpiece with different materials, size, form(shape) and welding joint (butt joint, lap joint, lock joint etc.), such as air cylinders, fire drenchers, drive shafts, dampers, silencers, pipes, flanges and so on.
