Ultrasonic Cleaning Resistant, High Temperature Resistant Acid and Alkali Resistant Harsh Environment UHF Anti-metal Tag

BY4631 high temperature resistance UHF anti-metal tags is designed and manufactured for use in extreme harsh environments, mounted on a metal surface, long-term resistance to high temperature, long-term resistance to acidity and alkaline environment, and can withstand ultrasonic cleaning.
The BY4631 high temperature metal resistant tag is flexible installation, can be mounted with rivets or screws.
The BY4631 tag can withstand reliability: high temperature testing, high and low temperature alternating testing, acid and alkali testing, vibration testing, ultrasonic cleaning testing.
The BY4631 tag is tested for performance consistency before shipment, including the European Tag Performance Conformance Tester, EPC and User Area Write Test, ensuring excellent reliability and performance consistency for each tag manufactured.

It can be automated with metal parts through phosphating, rinsing, electrophoresis, spraying, high temperature baking process, the tags waterproof, moisture, acid, alkali, high temperature, ultrasonic, high voltage resistance; metal parts for auto parts and metal crates management.
