The Embedded Industrial Display delivers precise and reliable interactive solutions for smart manufacturing, medical equipment, food processing, and other industries through military-grade protection and dual-mode touch technology. Constructed with a unibody aluminum alloy panel and a sealed cold-rolled steel rear cover, the device measures only 45mm in thickness and holds an IP65 dust/water resistance rating. Seams are sealed with silicone gaskets, enabling resistance against high-pressure water jets and acidic gas erosion. The surface is protected by 5mm tempered glass with a Mohs hardness rating of 7, offering 3x improved scratch resistance. This makes it suitable for frequent sterilization in food production lines and dust impact in metalworking workshops.
An innovative stepped cooling architecture combines honeycomb heat dissipation grooves on the cold-rolled rear cover with internal copper heat pipes. This fanless design reduces core temperature by 18°C compared to traditional solutions, with power consumption as low as 12W.
The built-in wide-voltage power module (12-36V DC) tolerates ±30% voltage fluctuations, passes 1000V surge tests and EMC Level 4 anti-interference certification, ensuring 24/7 continuous operation in unstable power environments like substations and mining sites.
Provides 4× USB 3.1 ports, dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, and programmable GPIO interfaces, supporting expandable modules such as 4G/5G and RFID readers.
