Fully Enclosed TouchScreen utilize a unibody cold-rolled steel frame or a die-cast aluminum alloy chassis, balancing strength and lightweight requirements. The cold-rolled steel version is suitable for heavy-duty industrial environments with high vibration and impact, such as stamping equipment control. The aluminum alloy version is better suited for lightweight applications like mobile inspection.

The screen is available in multiple options:

Capacitive touchscreen: Supports 10-point touch and glove operation, making it suitable for precision environments such as cleanrooms and laboratories. Resistive touchscreen: Scratch-resistant and supports stylus operation, making it suitable for anti-mistouch requirements in oily environments. Non-touch display: Intended for monitoring terminals used solely for data display.

The unit is IP65-rated, featuring a dust-proof and waterproof front surface capable of withstanding high-pressure air gun cleaning. The fanless cooling system utilizes a three-dimensional groove structure on the aluminum alloy backplane to achieve natural convection, ensuring continuous operation in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 60°C. Ranging in size from 7 to 32 inches, these devices support various deployment methods, including embedded (panel cutout installation), wall-mounted (VESA standard bracket), desktop (adjustable angle base), and suspended (boom installation).

Typical Applications and Use Cases for Fully Enclosed TouchScreen

On an automotive assembly line, a 15-inch capacitive touchscreen device embedded in the control cabinet allows operators to adjust tightening gun torque parameters through a customized interface. These adjustments are then synchronized to 12 stations in real time via the Profinet protocol. In warehousing scenarios, workers using 15-inch resistive touchscreen tablets equipped with scanning modules can perform inventory checks while wearing cut-resistant gloves. Data is transmitted directly to the WMS system via Wi-Fi.

In smart factories, Windows-based devices run SCADA software to synchronously control PLCs and vision inspection cameras. The Linux version is used for edge computing nodes, where it directly processes sensor data and generates predictive maintenance reports.

The communication interface offers flexible configuration: standard features include dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, four USB 3.0 ports, and an RS-485 serial port. Expansion slots allow for optional components such as a 4G/5G module, PoE power supply, or GPIO control card.
