Round self-locking washer is also named speed clip and self metal clips. It is made primarily in Mild Steel, with Standard Stainless available by CNC machines. This insulation washer mounts on many types of insulation fasteners/insulation pins/lacing anchor/weld nails for capturing and holding insulation material in place.
The gauge of the pin, or diameter, should match the fastener to be affixed, or "locked". The thickness of the self locking washer is decided by the material hardness, common thickness is 0.4mm-1mm. If it is too thick, the washer will lose its self-locking function.
