Perforated Insulation Hangers are designed for impaling and installing various thermal and acoustical insulation materials to walls and ceilings.
Perforated Insulation Hangers will be used in conjunction with self locking insulation washers, or speed clips, and mounted using general purpose adhesive.
Our Perforated Insulation Hangers are with good quality, the raw material is high corrosion-resistant, the 12gauge nail is firmly riveted on the perforated base, the nail is fully annealed for easy to be bent, the self locking washers are high hardness, which could quickly and firmly lock the nail.
For the Perforated Insulation Hangers, the material, the base size, the nail diameter and length, the self locking washer size and type, and the package all could be customized according to the customer's special requirement.

| 1. Wipe surface clean Perforated Insulation Hangers must be applied to a clean, dry, non-painted surface. |
| 2. Apply adhesive to the bottom of the perforated insulation hangers Spread adhesive onto the perforated base with a putty knife. |
| 3. Immediately stick the perforated insulation hangers in place. Press the hangers into position with a twisting motion to assure an even spread of adhesive. The adhesive should protrude through the performation & beyond the edges of base. |
| 4. Install Insulation Note: allow adhesive to dry thoroughly before hanging insulation, usually 24-72 hours. |
| 5. Secure with clips Secure insulation in place with a self-locking insulation clip and then bend over or clip off the pins. |
