The Huawi Spark SPE30S60F-E is a 600V/30A intelligent power module designed for three-phase DC-AC inverter applications. It features integrated low-loss trench gate field-stop IGBTs, emitter output for lower arm IGBTs, and built-in bootstrap diodes with current limiting resistors. The module offers enhanced input filtering, upper and lower arm interlocking, high-speed 600V level shifting, and comprehensive protection including undervoltage, short-circuit (overcurrent), and temperature protection. It is compatible with 3.3V & 5V input signals and is suitable for applications such as air conditioner compressors and low-power inverters.
