The SPE02M50T-C is an Intelligent Power Module (IPM) designed for applications such as electric fans and electrical tools. It features a high-level signal valid for compatibility with 3.3V and 5V MCUs, a lower arm MOSFET source output electrode, and integrated bootstrap diode, straight-through protection, undervoltage protection, and temperature detection output.
