It integrates optimized circuit protection and drive capabilities with low-loss IGBTs. Key features include advanced current sensing for reliable short-circuit protection, integrated under-voltage lock-out, and a high-speed HVIC for opto-coupler-less IGBT gate driving, enabling smaller inverter system designs and single-supply drive topology. Divided negative DC terminals facilitate inverter current sensing.
