The AIM5D05K060M2 / AIM5D05K060M2S is a 600V-5A 3-phase inverter intelligent power module (IPM) designed for low-power motor drives. It features integrated HVIC drivers, built-in bootstrap diodes with current-limiting resistors, and comprehensive protection functions including control supply under-voltage lockout (UVLO), over-temperature (OT) protection, and short-circuit current protection (CSC). The module offers a wide input interface (3-18V) with Schmitt trigger receiver circuits and isolation ratings of 2000Vrms. It is ideal for applications such as refrigerator, dishwasher, fan motor, washing machine, and air-conditioner motor drives.
