The AOZ5517QI is a high-efficiency, high-performance DrMOS power module designed for synchronous buck converter applications. It integrates two asymmetrical MOSFETs and a driver in a compact 5mm x 5mm QFN package, minimizing parasitic inductance for reduced EMI. Optimized for fast switching and low conduction losses, it supports PWM and FCCM control, 5V logic compatibility, and Tri-State PWM. Features include integrated bootstrap diode, diode emulation mode for light-load efficiency, and an optimized pin-out. Ideal for notebook computers, memory and graphic cards, VRMs for motherboards, point-of-load DC/DC converters, and video gaming consoles.
