The AIP3D05A060Q4(N) is a 3-phase inverter module designed for low-power motor drives in the AC 100-240Vrms class. It features a 600V-5A Trench Shielded Planar Gate IGBT, integrated bootstrap diodes with current-limiting resistors, and comprehensive protection features including control supply under-voltage lockout (UVLO), controllable over-temperature protection (OT), temperature monitoring (VOT), short-circuit current protection (CSC), and a controllable fault out signal (VCF). The module also includes an enable input functionality for shutting down low-side IGBTs and a 3 and 5V line input interface with Schmitt trigger receiver circuits. With isolation ratings of 2000Vrms/min, it is suitable for applications such as washing machines, compressors, and fan motors.
