The AIP5D15K060Q4 / AIP5D15K060Q4S is a Dual-In-Line Package Intelligent Power Module designed for 600V-15A applications. It features a 3-phase inverter module with integrated HVIC drivers, built-in bootstrap diodes with current-limiting resistors, and comprehensive protection features including control supply under-voltage lockout (UVLO), over-temperature (OT) protection and temperature monitoring (VOT), and short-circuit current protection (CSC). The module offers a wide input interface (3-18V) with Schmitt trigger receiver circuits and isolation ratings of 2000Vrms. It is ideal for AC 100-240Vrms class low power motor drives, including applications in washing machines, compressors, fan motors, cleaners, and air-conditioners.
