The FNA41560 / FNA41560B2 is a Motion SPM 45 module designed for AC Induction, BLDC, and PMSM motor control. It provides a fully-featured, high-performance inverter output stage with integrated gate drivers and protection features, including under-voltage lockout, over-current shutdown, thermal monitoring, and fault reporting. The module simplifies PCB layout with built-in bootstrap diodes and dedicated VS pins, and offers a single-grounded power supply. Optimized for 5 kHz switching frequency, it is suitable for motion control applications in home appliances and industrial motors.
