The FNB33060T is an advanced Motion SPM 3 module designed for AC Induction, BLDC, and PMSM motors. It offers a fully-featured, high-performance inverter output stage with integrated gate drivers and protection features, including under-voltage lockouts, over-current shutdown, and thermal monitoring. This module simplifies PCB layout with built-in bootstrap diodes and dedicated Vs pins, and supports various control algorithms through separate open-emitter pins for low-side IGBTs. It requires a single supply voltage and provides fault reporting.
