The FSB50550A/AT is an advanced Motion SPM 5 module offering a comprehensive, high-performance inverter output platform for AC induction, brushless DC, and PMSM motors. It features optimized gate drive for built-in FRFET MOSFETs to minimize EMI and energy loss, along with integrated undervoltage lockout and thermal monitoring. The integrated high-speed HVIC converts logic-level gate inputs to high-voltage, high-current drive signals for the internal MOSFETs, requiring only a single supply voltage. Independent source MOSFET terminals on each phase support various control algorithms.
